5.0 beta 5 added webapp not in list

I installed jahia5.0_beta5_r13161.exe, then used Administration to
manually add the address book from the portlet repository. After
restarting Jahia, it shows up in the Administration applications list,
but when I go to add a webapp, it is not in the list of webapps.
