Blog page doesn't show count of comments

I created a blog page in 5.0 beta 5.

I created an entry, then logged out.  As a guest, I can make a comment. 
  The comment count is incremented when I view the entry details 
(clicking on Continue), but the main blog page shows zero for the count 
of comments for the entry, even after reloading the page.
