Questions about building Jahia

I've downloaded the sources of "jahia/trunk" from SVN and followed the 
README.  When I run maven (1.0.2), I get this exception:

How much of this building information applies to building Jahia 5?

Which of the repositories do I need to get from SVN in order to build Jahia?
