RE: Search index errors : some pages/documents are not indexed !

What do you mean about "the server went down when indexation was running" ?
Is it timeout or server stop/start ?

I've modify twice the different fields and publish modifications. Now the pages are correctly index in the search engine and so return in search results. But how can I also reindex attachments (word, pdf...). Do I need to suppress them in webdav repository or just delete links in the "Files" box and recreate them to reindex the attachments content ?

If some documents never get indexed even when you update the containers that hold them again, can you send them to us so that we can check for parsing issues?
 
If you can update to Jahia 4.1x, you can take advantage of re-indexation optimization work.
