Error while retrieving application Hello

Hello,

I have a problem running the example Hello Web
application given in the WebAppGuide.
It is well deployed (it disappear) but when I want to
add   
it on a portlet in the site "my company" I get the
following error "Error while retrieving application
Hello"
If anyone can help...
