Re: email notification - workflow process

Can more than one person be notified? 
Is it possible to get a digest of notifications if the same content
editor and approver are in the process? 
Does the notification include the date and time that the item was
modified? 
Can we change the sender? 
Can we change the subject? 
What options, if any, are there to make it a bit more attractive?

And if so, are there instructions as to how this can be achieved?
