I've just been playing around with version 5 and I really like it.

Does our current license entitle us to an upgrade? If so what level can we
upgrade to.

I encourage you to upgrade to Jahia 4.0.7 if you are running in a 
clustered environnement and want to stay in th 4.0.x line. Quite a 
few fixes were made to improve clustering since 4.0.5.
