Possible bug in jahia installation with mysql

Hi,
I was trying to install jahia with mysql 5.0.15-nt. I already have a db
named jahia and it already had jahia tables created in it due to an earlier
installation. When the installation wizard runs the mysql scripts on it, it
is not able to delete the jahia_acl table due to some constraints and hence
is not able to recreate it and throws a SQLException.
Can anybody confirm on whether this is a valid bug?
