You will need the site replication module. That is exactly the goal 
of this module. It allows you to publish content on an authoring 
server and, once published, to export it on a distinct physical Jahia 
server (for instance on the other side of the firewall) through a 
cron like command. Then on the live web server you will need to 
revalidate the modified content (or use the "no workflow" capability 
in order to automatically publish modiefed content after a cron)
