Merging developed source

Hi,
I am trying to deploy Jahia along with our own development source 
(structure is a mirror of jahia for easy merge, but kept in separate 
project to retain upgrade path) within Tomcat. I basically create a jar 
of our own source and overwrite the expanded (unjar'd) 
Jahia-5.0-SNAPSHOT.jar with our unjar'd source effectively merging our 
changes, I have added some new  model entities with respective managers 
and data access objects and changed the spring configuration files 
accordingly and updated the mySQL db schema. Now when the installation 
takes place with the new structure everything is fine up until I   try 
to connect to jahia when it throws the exception shown in the enclosed 
.png file. It's weird as nothing out of the ordinary seems to be 
generated in the logs..
