siteadmin user unable to download document.

Hello all,

 

I have an issue with the siteadmin user.  

 

When I enter the Administration screen, then Manage Groups, I have the
group administrators set up with 2 users (root and siteadmin).  If I
select 'edit selected group' for administrators, the siteadmin user is
not shown as part of the group list.  

 

When I 'Add Member' of siteadmin, it adds this user to the group members
of Administrators and says Group [administrators] successfully updated,
yet when I re-enter the Group members screen, the siteadmin user is not
displayed.

 

Is there any reason why the siteadmin user is not displayed, as on other
sites, I can see the siteadmin user as part of the administrators group.

 

When I upload a file to the private area, using the siteadmin user, it
appears fine in a files portlet, but then I am unable to download the
document.  I receive the following error
