Hi,

I am not a lawyer, but I believe this means that
you can simply not reuse the logo for other
purposes than the one available in the Original Code.

This Exhibit is now used by most of the
professional open source vendors such as Zimbra or SugarCRM for instance....
http://www.sugarforge.org/content/open-source/public-license.php
http://www.zimbra.com/license/zimbra_public_license_1.2.html
So this is something usual in the OSS license
world and certainly verified by several IP lawyers....

I will however ask our lawyer the next time I
meet with him about this question.... In all the
case, our interpretation is that you can not
reuse the Jahia logo without our prior consent
excepted of course at the place where we put it in the original code.

Cheers,
Stéphane
