Wordperfect documents

Hi, When I import Wordperfect 12 documents into Jahia v5 and add them to a page with "add a file" they open but are unreadable. Is Jahia compatible with Wordperfect documents? I have no issues when adding pdf or doc documents. Any help would be appreciated.
