Good question. It is not defined yet. But there will be of course a 
migration plan. The template API has nopt changed a lot and mostly 
remain the same (excepted some very few diffs). For the data, either 
we will make a classical DB migration script, either we will export 
all the content in XML and reimport it in Jahia 5.0 through the new 
XML import/export tool.
