I see that I can Add Site Settings, and modify the footer, for example. 
    That change does show up in the page.  Then the "Update" and 
"Delete" options show up in the pop-up.  But, I don't see how to change 
"my company".

It appears like I can't update the site settings that already exist, but 
I can add site settings and then update those.

I see now, the "my company" text is a graphic, it is the logo.

I've been able to change it now.
