problem migrating files to WebDAV store

I have just upgraded a v3.1.4 site to v4.1.1 via each patch.  I've gotten the
site running however realised I forgot one of the steps in the 3>4.0 upgrade
(http://www.jahia.net/download/jahia4/4_0/update/readme.txt), the step that
involves migrating files from the filemanager to a WebDAV store.  I executed
the URL given in the release notes and after about 2 minutes I got the
'Migration result:' message, but there were no results shown (not sure if
there should've been).  I have checked for migrated files in
/WEB-INF/content/slide/VitualSiteName... and
/WEB-INF/var/content/slide/VitualSiteName... but no files seem to have been
migrated.  All files are still available through the old filemanager engine,
but I'd like to get things into WebDAV.

Any ideas?
