Apache front-end setup

Hello list members,

I am trying to set an Apache front-end for our Jahia server. Some Jahia
documents
mention (http://www.jahia.org/download/documentation/admin.pdf) the Jahia
URL-key
mapper and a jahia.conf include for Apache.
Where can i find (download) these files and is there a detailed description
how to setup "friendly" URL rewriting and secure authentication.
Any pointers and advice to setting up an apache front-end is much a appreciated.
