Hi Sanjay,

to have Jahia running in a new instance of Tomcat is not sometthing that
can be done through the config wizard, you have to move the jahia
webapps to your other Tomcat instance. Please note also that some
additional librairies are added in tomcat/common and tomcat/shared in the
Tomcat packaged with Jahia that are not present in the standard Tomcat
install, you will also have to add them manually.

Regarding using another DB, you can either do it during the installation
in the config wizard, or go in the administration panel and go in the
database settings. From there you can point to another database and
transfer the existing content to the new db.

Michel

But how do I configure jahia to
talk to the new instance of tomcat or mysql instead of hypersonic ?

The online configuration wizard doesn't work anymore once you configured
it once.

Thanks

Sanjay

hi,

Did you shutdown the old instance? If not, the new tomcat could
not

bind port 8080, and so the old instance is still answering.
