How to setup a discussion forum in jahia

Hi all,
I want to setup a discussion forum in jahia 5.0 professional edition 60 days
trial. While its written everywhere in jahia documentation that it comes
with a discussion forum similar to PHPBB, I couldn't find a way to set it
up.
Secondly, When I log onto my jahia site, it shows a chat status icon on top.
But how do I find out which all users are available for chat and chat with
them?
