license question

Hi, i'm interested in using Jahia Community Version 5 for a commercial 
product. I downloaded source code from your svn tag:

http://svn.jahia.org/svn/jahia/tags/JAHIA_5_0_COMMUNITYEDITION/

I dont known if all fourversions (community, standard, etc) come together in 
that svn location. Briefly ... my question is: can I use this downloaded
code 
for commercial use freely?
