Question on publication

Hi,

I am beginner on Jahia.

I create a site and I want to do publication on a distant Jahia server.
I can do 2 type of publication:
- automatic : by cron on administration page
- manual :  by user at the end of a workflow

What's happening if an automatic publication start, and before the end of
the first publication, a manual publication start?
Or if a automatic publication start if the previous publication hasn't
finished?

The second publication wait the end of the first?
Ok the second start without control?
