RSS Portlets

Anyone know of a portlet that allows RSS feeds to be collected by a server
process/cached and then displayed within the portal framework either as
CSS/XSLT or through a Portlet/AJAX interface?

I like the portlet feed as provided by Jahia but we want to break down feeds
into many groups and because of the amount of feeds i would hate to have the
app server pulling the data for every load when we could cache the feeds for
x amount of time and have quicker responding pages.
