You have a basic JSR168 RSS portlet in the examples of the Apache Jetspeed portal (which works with Jahia as Jahia uses Jetspeed). Else you should certainly find other standardized JSR168 RSS portlets out there as some open source projects or code examples for some portal frameworks.
