Install Jahia with Tomcat 6

I got a server with Tomcat 6 already installed. I would like to install Jahia 5.0.2 there. All the downloads of Jahia comes with Tomcat 5.5 in the install package. How can I install Jahia 5 on my server that has Tomcat 6 pre-installed? Many thanks.
