user rights

Hi !

I've create some users and groups and give the following
rights on the home page of my dev site.

USER      GROUP                  RIGHTS ON HOME PAGE
reader    readers,users,guests   read
writer    writers,users,guests   read, write
approver  approvers,users,guests read, write, admin

The writer and the approver can't upload files in the "shared"
folder (same with personal folder !!!). When I upload a file
with the administrator user, no
right is defined on the file like in the screenshot

I've create an other virtual site and create the same groups
and users with the same rights. When I create some files or
folders in the "shared" folder (or personal folder), the
rights are inherited and the writer user can upload files.

How can I restore the defaut inheritance rights in the file
manager ?
