stop shell doesn't kill all java process !

Hi !

When I use the shutdow.sh shell to stop my Jahia server, one java process still run. Next, I've to kill the process with the command
ps -ax 
to known which process to kill and the command
kill -9 XXXX
to kill the process !

Why this java process still run after shutdow.sh ?
