Hi,

which version of Jive are you installing ?

We have done some works only with Jive 2.6.2, you can find more information
here :

Don't forget to assign Jive forum's Administror role to Jahia users/groups
( through Jahia engine ) so that they can access to Jive Forum admin part
through the "admin" link at the footer of the portlet view.

Tomcat first looks in the <jive-hime>/WEB-INF/lib for  hsqldb.jar, then if
not found in /tomcat/shared/lib.
