We're hard at work on it right now, but I can't give any guarantees as to 
the release date, as it entirely depends on the work that needs to be done 
on it by our paying contributors. Just today I got another request for a 
feature in 4.0.5 and this might push back the release date some more.

The best place to see the changes is the CVS logs. There are tools that 
allow you to retrieve a change log since the last stable tag (JAHIA_4_0_4).
