webdav configuration

Dear All, 

I have three questions about the webdav configuration :

- For security reasons, I would know if it is possible to remove the public directory ? If it is possible, what is (are) the file(s) to modify ?

- I would know how I can limit the size of the upload files ? 
- Is it possible to analyse the upload files in order to accept only some kind of files (like text files, picture files)  ?
