Hello,

Here are a few questions: Does the context InfoNews_myjahiasite exist?
Does the file 
tomcat\webapps\jahia\WEB-INF\var\shared_components\InfoNews.ear exist?
Did you add some jar into the tomcat\common\shared\lib dir ?
Did you change the tomcat server.xml?

Perhaps you should use the packaged tomcat to run Jahia.
