Workflow Mail Notification Problem

I notice in my Jahia installation a bad email processing in workflow notifications.

Only the site administrator receive notification mails, BUT NOT THE THE PAGE ADMINISTRATORS. 

In the administration page, the mail server has been configured to 'localhost' (both tomcat and mail servers are running on the machine).

Any advice to find the problem ?
