Disabling page not found e-mail notification ?

Hi

E-mail notification is currently set at the lowest level but I keep 
receiving mails for different types of errors

The annoying ones are 404 errors (most of the time due to 
mis-interpretation of HTML/Javascript by proxies or web copying tools). 
Is there a setting in the notification configuration to disable these ?

Or the only solution is to have a mail filter ? (800 messages per day...)
