libraries in Jahia 4.1 fresh install !?

I just did a fresh install of Jahia 4.1
Running fine, great !

When I read the README_4_1.html file, I notice the following (in case of 
an upgrade from 4.0.6) :

> *4) After applying the upgrade, you need to remove the following old

What is strange to me is that mostly all these files exist in the fresh 
new installation folder ?!
Why ?
Should they be deleted ?
Are the directions wrong ?

At least 2 jars are missing (for full text indexing of office and PDF 
documents) :
poi-2.5.1-final-20040804.jar
tm-extractors-0.4.jar
