upgrade to 4.06 with Mysq 3.23.58

Hello,
 
I'm using jahia 4.05 with Mysql  3.23.58  , and I want to updrade to
4.06. 
 
in the jahia Upgrade 4.0.6_01 README file, there is a warning about
Mysql and 2 scripts to execute . Do you know if I have to execute these
scripts on my database ( 3.23.58  ) ?
