Jahia andActive Directory 2003 authentication

We try to connect to the LDAP of an Active Directory 2003.
We correctly obtain the list of the users but we can't authenticate them through Jahia. the only user to be authenticated is the user created to allow jahia to access the content of the annuary.
It seems that this last hasn't enough rights to authenticate other user than himself
Can you tell me if there is specific LDAP settings in Jahia configuration files to avoid this behaviour ?
Can you tell me what rights to grant to the LDAP user to allow hil to authenticate the other users ?
