Can't fix page width to 100%...

Hi,

I try to fix page width to 100% with default corporate_portal_template
templates but nothing change. I put '100%' value into the field...

It's the same thing if I try other values like 300, 800, ...

Is it a fixed value?

By the way I can see 2 times the item 'RÃ©glage du site' (in french) into the
admin menu. It's the same in english or french so it's not a translation
problem...
