Import content from XML or other

Hi

I need to import huge content into my jahia site in order to have a working site without adding content by hand.
The Jahia Template Developper Guide as a chapter concerning this point but as it's a draft, this section is not complete !!

Has someone already done this or have an idea on how to proceed ??
