Changing the Standard BackgroundColor of Jahia

Hello,

how orin which file do I change the background color of the Jahia Portal from grey (like it is in jahia.org) to another color (like in University of Lausanne) for parts of the page that are not used because there is a difference between the screen resolution and the size/resolution for the page.
