Re: Changing field type when data already exists

Hi,

A definition is unique in jahia so you can not change the type of a field 
with the same name.

The only way would be to do it in the database. I did not try this, but I 
think you could try to change the type in table jahia_fields_def_prop for 
your definition, then change the language "shared" to the language you want 
for each fields in table jahia_fields_data that use your definition.
