How to change field type ?

Hi!

I've add a field named "numberKey" in a absolute container in
the home model. This field has "Integer" type. I want to
change his type to "SmallText", but it was'nt OK.

I've delete all containers instance in the home page. But when
i wan't to add a new instance, the type still "Integer". How
can I transform the type from Integer to SmallText ?
