images disappear / drop down

Thanks for your reply Ghislain it was very helpful. However I'm facing
two new problems:
 
First when I add the action menu in main_menu.inc page in my template
the position of sub-menus is not align with main menu. They appear in
the top very far from the main menu.
 
The other one is when I add images in my template after a while if I
stop and start Jahia they disappear and never come back. If I try to
upload them again in the public root folder I get a Jahia error after
that I wont be able to insert images, texts or anything, in beginning a
thought that was my back end environment (SQL Server 2005) so I changed
to SQL Server 2000 but after some tests the error still came. In the
attach file there's my tomcat's log. 
 
Here's my environment:
 
Virtual machine as a Jahia 4.1.1 (jdk 1.4.2_10):
*	Windows XP professional 2002
*	AMD Athlon XP2000+
*	1,67GH 352MB of RAM
 
Back-end environment:
*	SQL Server 2000 (is there any problems change to SQL Server 2000
???)
 
Development tools:
*	Dreamweaver 8 (Design)
*	Eclipse
