Thank You Michel,
the customer dragged a file of 400Kb over the web-folder and the 
transfer hang up. Following accesses via webfolder in the specific 
folder where the file has been dragged over are denied (WinXP message is 
very generic and in italian, the translation is like "documents in this 
folder are not available. the folder may have been deleted or moved or 
network problems occur")

accessing via Jahia file manager the folder is available and the dragged 
file is shown as a sub-folder (see snapshot below: Carbonifero.pdf) with 
folder menus, but in fact none f menu items work, nether deleting.
