Re: Use of trackbacks in Blog templates ?!?

Hello Gishlain,

The goal of trackback is to be able to post a 
comment to a blog entry in your own blog (and not 
directly in the comment form within the blog you 
are currently reading). So each blog entry has a 
trackback url. You can copy and paste it in your 
answer (= a new blog entry in your own blog) by 
sending a ping to the other blog (in edit mode, 
you have a "Send a ping" at the very bottom of 
your blog entry page. This will send a ping to 
the other blog and notify him that you added an 
answer to his blog but from within your own blog.

That's for the idea. Else there was a bug in the 
trackbacing system that was corrected for the 
Community Edition release. So Please upgrade if 
you do not have the latest Jahia reelase.
