Jahia 5.0 Class not found

I have templates that were working in Jahia 4.1.1 when I moved them to 
5.0 I started getting class not found errors for 
ContainerSorterByContainerDefinitionResBundleCapable. I finally found 
the class in the .\webapps\jahia\WEB-INF\classes\jahiatemplates\ folder. 
This template was originally created in Jahia 4.0.3. I copied the file 
to the same location in Jahia 5.0. Is there a different way to access 
this class in Jahia? Has this class been depreciated in favor of 
something else? Is this now reference via a taglib? I looking for the 
best practice moving forward to 5.0.
