"/template"/ in a bypass url

Hi !

I'm trying to understand how the "rss" works in the blog example of
corporate template V2, and there is something I really do not understand

<a .... href=3D"<%=3DbypassUrl%>/template/blog_rss_2_0.rss">RSS</a>

So here are my questions :

- How does the 'blog_rss_2.0.RSS'  maps to the 'blog_rss_2.0.jsp' in the
template folder ?
- What is the goal of the "/template/" keyword ?  (looks like a way to
change the 'skin' of a page ?)
- Is it only working in a bypass url ?
- why does't it search in 'test' subfolder ( /jahia/test/XXXXX if I hit
/bypass/.../template/XXXXX for example) ?
- and finally, is there any other hint we can pass in url (except cache
management), well some kind of cheatcodes ;-)
