ldap update

Hi

Whenever user changes his/her password in ldap he cannot log in to Jahia
with the new password. He can login to Jahia with the old password even
after password is changed. Does jahia needs some specified amount of
time after which new password starts working or Jahia server needs to be
restarted everytime some changes is made in ldap (like new user added,
password change of some user, etc)?
