Content picker's conditions

Hi,

can you tell me, what conditions are applied to the query in the Content picker dialog. For example I'd like to add new content to the container "boxContainer_kit" and to the search dialog on the Content picker dialog a set Search "at least one of the word" "name" "on all sites" (the searched phrase is "name"). What blocks (pages) should be returned? Or better what conditions should another boxContainer_kit (or event the whole template system) fulfil to be added to a list?
