I think that setting the immediatePublication flag for this tag does what you want: insert into a container without going through workflow.

By default the container ContXX has a standard Jahia workflow mode. I want to update some field of ContXX from live mode and getting the updated value  without waiting for workflow validation ; so
How can I do that form the api Jahia ???
