Problems with archetypes inMaven

Hello, I plan to develop siples web templates for Jahia 6. I installed
Maven 2, then tried to create a Jahia Template project.
But as I launch the following command :
mvn archetype:generate =
-DarchetypeCatalog=3Dhttp://maven.jahia.org/maven2
I receive the following error message :
Error reading archetype catalog http://maven.jahia.org/maven2
Then, no archetype is defined, and I'm asked to choose an archetype
number....

Anyone knows how I go through that?
