firedocs / atom : duplicated entries in the links panel.

Hi all,

The defaultfiredocs publications shows duplicated entries in the Links  
panel.
The reason is that the usecase  atom.children (of the atom module)   
generates the whole sitetree at the root node, whereas on an any other  
node only the children are generated.
If  the root node generates only the children everything works fine.
Does anybody know if the exiting behavior of the root node generation  
is a correct atom implementation?
If not I would change the atom module to solve this firedocs bug.
